Our FRP products are all undergone a rigorous comprehensive examination, including the mechanical strength continuous screening test in order to ensure the integrity of the product length and the product performance so as to meet customers’ needs.

Compared with the metal core, FRP has the characteristics of high tensile strength, light weight, not sensitive to the electric shock, etc.

KFRP ARAMID FRP STRENGTH MEMBER FOR FIBER OPTIC CABLES

Aramid FRP (KFRP) is a new type non-metallic composite which has been designed to be used as a strength member for access fiber optic cables.

KFRP features of light weight, high strength, low expansion, impact and break resistance, good flexibility.

Typical sizes: 0.40mm, 0.50mm, 0.58mm

water blocking yarn

Water blocking yarn has the characteristics of quick water absorption, high expansivity, high tensile strength, no acid-basis, no consistency influence with cables, heat resistance, chemical stability and no corrosively etc. In the production of cables by using water blocking yarn, the materials of water blocking tape, polyester yarn and ointment could be omitted. Besides that, water blocking yarn is convenient in using, simple in techniques, stable in structure, reliable in water blocking, clean in environment, and no greasy pollution, especially, used in waterproof communication cable, dry-type cable, and insulation electronic cable, especially benthic cables.

polyester yarn have intensity high, hot low small sucking tiding, able to bear high temperature characteristic rate of recovery. The yarn group does not come off under the circumstances that the high speed operates. It mainly plays in photoelectric cable production fixed and tightening the function of the material internally.
